My Favorite place to view the manatees. Great facilities & great prices.

Went on a cruise tour with friends on a whim. Captain Tim did a fantastic job of keeping us entertained and educated during the entire cruise. There is a restroom on board during the two hour cruise. A limited selection of snacks and drinks are also available for purchase on board. There is a wheelchair lift available so those with limited mobility can also enjoy the wildlife and views offered during the tour. We went during the cold snap so there were fewer manatees to be seen in the river feeding. This is the main event of the cruise, Captain Tim takes the boat out of the main channel and into the less traveled parts of the river to show the guests the manatees feeding on the vegetation of the river. He also highlights the other wildlife dependent on the river. There are opportunities to see alligators warming themselves in the sun, and other various birds that call the St. Johns River home. I would consider the cost of the tour is worth the views of seeing the manatees and other wildlife in their natural habitat.

Outstanding! Captain Bob and first mate Karen were relaxed yet very knowledgeable about the bird life, Gators, and manatees we encountered on our to our boat cruise on the st. Johns River. They seemed as excited as we were to see the huge variety of bird life and many many alligators and turtles. We were glad to be dressed warm because it was quite chilly on the river. They handed out blankets and some of us stayed up and around to see things and to keep warm. Definitely a bargain at the price. If we had more time here, we would probably turn around and take the cruise all over again. Be sure and bring your camera because there's so much to photograph and because they slow down for all photo ops.

Great experience with St John River Cruises. My friend and I rented the canoe at Blue Spring Park and had an excellent time. Customer service was great and pricing very reasonable as well. Strongly Recommend!

Rebecca is the captain of the tour guide pontoon boat. Well versed in the history of this River, with a very enjoyable ride. Five stars all the way.
