The counter reps are absolutely worthless, especially Rusty and the dumb blonde that works here. If they are in a crabby mood or you aren't sure of what part your looking for, they treat you like the soup nazi. They have no knowledge of parts, they only serve to push papers and punch buttons on the computer. Brian the manager is awesome though.
