Cannot be with my loved one before surgery because of covid. Well I've been sitting in cafe area for almost 2 hrs. Many people have come and gone and not once has housekeeping been here to wipe tables and chairs after someone has used them. I've seen fast food restaurants do a better job of sanitizing. This is a hospital. I thought my loved one would be safe but I am starting to wonder if this is the example of sanitizing they do at Barnes west county.
