Keith and the whole Burnes Citadel team have been absolutely fantastic to work with! They tailored my home security to best suit my needs and budget point. Tom, who came to install my system, was very friendly and answered all my questions. Installation was thorough with a detailed demonstration so I felt confident in using it. The app on my phone for my cameras is great so I can check the feeds remotely and it takes seconds to arm or disarm my security system! I have so much peace of mind now because of it and appreciate the personal service provided by this company. Would absolutely highly recommend!

Great experience from sales to install. Good quality cameras and components are used. Installers do a very professional job and are easy to work with. They take time to go over how to use the system upon completion of install.
