I'm so grateful to have found a place I can get treatment and support from knowledgeable, kind, and conscientious staff and doctors. There is a small annual fee and you'll need to make sure you do your own follow-up sometimes - the systems are by no means state of the art. I’ve been with CHIPS for many years. Because I don’t have health insurance from my job, I’m so glad that I go to CHIPS for my health in so many ways. It’s like a family, good staff and doctors who take time to listen regarding my body, eyes, teeth and mental capacity. They also give recommendations for X-rays, mammograms and other services outside the facility. If you don’t have insurance and need to be seen by a doctor, I recommend CHIPS Health and Wellness - Thank you Mrs. Judy Bentley

I have been associated with CHIPS for 8 years and have always had great experiences. The providers and staff bend over backwards to provide care to the under and uninsured. The one-time annual fee is 35, but after that all of your services done in-house are covered. Additionally they will help find financial aid for services done outside the facility. They also have social services.

HORRIBLE Clinic! Do not go to these unprofessional people. They make you pay an annual 35 membership fee that is SUPPOSED to be all this “free clinic” requires but they still charge you for everything you need done. I went in to talk about woman’s wellness, my next visit I was bombarded to get a procedure that I did not need or ask for. The doctor didn’t even give me results, he just said “If there is something wrong, I will call you” and I never got a call.How unethical is that? The customer service is horrible and they have 0 compassion for patients. NOTHING is free about this clinic, stick with an established office.
