This review is tremendously overdue. A couple of months ago, I had a problem with a folding machine I had bought from Coast To Coast 7 years previously. I did not have a maintenance agreement. But, they sprang into action. I didn't get a repair technician at my business a couple days later. He walked in the SAME day and just a few HOURS after my call. Professional, efficient and effective, my folding machine was back to working normally. The charge for this service call was worth every penny. I could not have been more grateful. Coast To Coast is the ONLY office equipment you need to call. They truly know the definition of customer service. Find out for yourself. You'll never look back and never have a reason to call anyone else in the industry.

Called to get pricing to repair my document feeder on my printer and told them what the issue was. Gave me a simple fix over the phone and it worked. No charge. I initially asked about their pricing and it's a little higher than some others I called but maybe you get what you pay for.
