I Worked for this company for two days. I was told you will earn 50 % of the load. Instead I was receiving 3 dollar orders, the highest order I had was 18 dollars. The first day I worked from 4 to 10 pm and only made 46 dollars. 2nd day I worked morning shift and only made 43 dollars for 6 loads. They took the money back and didn’t tell me why. Stay away from this company!!! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt with the negative reviews they had, and ended up seeing why people left this company. STAY AWAY!!

I have worked at Crossroads Courier for almost 2 years now. It's amazing how much I have watched this company grow in that short period of time. I like where the company is going and I do enjoy going to work. I feel like part of a family. It is never a dull day at Crossroads, we stay fast paced and constantly learn new things. I look forward to seeing where the future takes me with Crossroads.

I haven't worked at Crossroads Courier for very long, but I enjoy it. I get to talk to a lot of different types of people, and I get to work with fun people. My supervisor is respectful, and always lets us know exactly what he expects from us, but never talks down to us. I've even seen higher managers having fun at work, one of them has been known to carry around a water gun. Just wanted to update this review, now that I have been here a little longer. This is STILL a great place to work. The group I work with feels like a real team, almost like a family.

I really can't imagine working anywhere else. I love the fast paced nature of the business, the problem solving, and learning something new literally every day. I'm surrounded by a group of people who truly care about what they do, and are constantly looking for ways to improve themselves and the company as a whole. I've been at Crossroads for 5 years and have seen more growth than I ever could have imagined. I can't wait to see where the next 5 takes us.

Staff seem fine to work with but I strongly recommend that unless you want to make under minimum wage that you steer clear of contract driving for them. If you really want to try driving for pay ,Uber pays much more without all the hassle and you possibly might get a tip for appreciation
