Joe and his guys did a wonderful job. The tile work is impeccable as well as the re-carpeting of the finished basement. We arrived home to a beautifully finished project. They took care of all the details we needed- tearing out Basement cabinets, repairing dry wall, replacing trim. I would absolutely recommend using Flooring Rehab! Great work at a fair and honest price!

We purchased a home that had horribly ugly floor and some damage to them. Joe and his team were very professional and prompt and did an unbelievable job. Our floors look brand new. They even fixed some damage areas that we did not notice. This is the third home we had floors refinished in and I wish we had used Joe the previous two times. I can't give enough praise. Thanks Joe!
Joe was great about coming out twice to the house to personally oversee an assessment of our floor rehab project. Once we agreed on a day for the work, we happily cleared out the 530 sq ft area in the heart of our home -- cramming furniture into every noon-n-cranny. It was quite the obstacle course! Two days before the scheduled work, Joe needed to reschedule for the following week. Not a problem. These things happen. Not convenient, but we understand. Because it was necessary for us to be out of the house, we booked a hotel room for that next Saturday evening (we wanted an AirBnB, but that weekend was strangely popular and nothing was available...we felt lucky to get the overpriced hotel). When his crew showed up, they evaluated the project and let us know in no uncertain terms that it would be a HUGE mistake to proceed. They made a compelling case. We therefore felt we had no choice but to cancel. After the crew left, my husband called Joe and politely explained the situation. Joe expressed concern and replied, \I'll call you back.\ We never heard from Joe again, were out the 100 for hotel room and are still living with our obstacle course.
I called them on Monday and they installed my carpeting by Thursday. It’s beautiful and high quality, and a great value. I highly recommend them.
Joe was great to work with for scheduling and got me squeezed in with very little notice! Ricky arrived promptly and did an amazing job on the installation! I will definitely use Flooring Rehab Company again in the future!
