Well I can say allot but this is a struggling company that rolled all the dice into one customer and when they couldn't produce quality parts that customer started moving to other sources. I worked here for a year in a so called supervisory role and considering the amount of combined experience I was shocked at the lack of capability. This is a family owned business, most of the family doesn't know the business but the silver spoons in their mouths made them key players. I was personally appalled at the language used towards employees and the lack of professionalism. They got too big too fast and totally misguided.
