I ordered 2 bikes online, unfortunately both came in damaged. When I contacted the store I have recived immediate response. They sent replacement parts immediately and contacted a local professional to come in to my house to assemble and fix the bikes at no additional cost. If you are thinking about buying bikes online, I highly recommend Evolve. They truly understand and take care of their customers. Thank you!
