I avoided this office due to the poor ratings here. When my condition worsened, I took my doctor's referral to go there. I wish I didn't waste a year waiting... Dr. Tara Ramachandra is an amazing and caring doctor! She discovered a condition and made the referral. When the referral didn't work out after several calls (other Dr office fault), she personally got on the phone to another office and followed up to ensure I got the care needed. Would recommend her and her office to anybody needing a ENT.

Dr Ramachandra is wonderful! she is patient, took time to ask good questions and listen to what I had to say and it mattered how I felt. She has helped me when I was not sure what else to do.
Sent me a bill. Never even heard of them?? ️

My daughter was referred to sound health to check her voice. She is a musical theatre major at Webster University. Medically she is fine. Before making the appointment we checked with our insurance to see that she was covered SH was on our plan. She was covered. A few weeks later I receive a bill of over 399.99 dollars. I called my insurance carrier and they said she was covered but my deductible had a balance. Fine. I have made monthly payments in regard to this bill every month and all checks have cleared. The billing dept called was willing to put me on a monthly payment at their requested amount for a 6 month duration. I am a single mother paying an out of state College and a full time event planner. My income varies. I did not agree to their amount but I did agree to pay my pay and clearly they could see that I was considering they were getting payments. . They reported me anyway. Needless to say I am paying my bill as promised but I will never use them again. We all have medical bills every medical provider I have used thus far has been very accommodating with regard to payment. NOT THIS OFFICE. BE WARE there are many great Audio professionals in the great city of Saint Louis who are excellent and willing to work with you on payments and high deductibles. THIS OFFICE IS NOT 1 OF THEM. I work hard provide for my kids and pay all my bills. I resent being reported after consistent payments have been made and cleared. Yes I agree the girl who answers the phone at the Clayton office is rude. Customer service is terrible!
