Pinch me I must be dreaming. This collection agency is the first to treat me like a human and not a name on some paper that owes them money. I had fallen so far behind on my sons braces bill that I felt as if I may never get out from underneath it. After a few exchanges of information and invoices I was set up on an easy monthly payment. I finally feel like I’m making progress and it’s all thanks to you guys! More collection agencies should follow your example!
