I contacted Superior Security Iron Co. because I needed help fast! A metal handrail on a house that I'm selling was loose and needed to be secured before the closing date. Gary gave me a spot-on estimate over the phone. He came by the next day and took the railing to his shop. He repaired, painted and added feet to it. He brought it back the next day and screwed it down into the concrete steps. All of this was done within 24 hours. Other reviewers have mentioned that the customer service over the phone is not so great with this company. Well, if you're looking for quick, professional service done the right way, sometimes you have to overlook perceptions and invest in quality workmanship. I'm very pleased with the service I received and will be using this company again for other projects.

The owner very bad customer service very rude. Gave 2 stars because he was prompt with His turn around to meet install schedule and his labor worker seemed good... but the owner not so much . Had to request to fix misdrilled holes. Asked for a warranty on materials and workmanship. Initially he said No he reluctantly agteed to 30 days One window guard warped and the cost was over priced but I can say the guy that did the physical labor was good. I was referred by a previous customer but years back maybe this was a new owner. Live and learn.. wont go back.
Wow. How easy was that? I just called to see about a security cage for one of my customer's outdoor air conditioners. He told me what I needed to get from him. His rates are reasonable, and it was just a very smooth process.
They came out quickly and did a great job. They have installed AC cages at six different locations. Great to work with!
