Extremely unprofessional. I contacted Mike of Pearl Real Estate. They had a listing that was less than a day old. Mike stated that they had one offer already and would not bother to show the property. I asked if he would take another offer and he stated that it was \probably going under contract\. I'd be so mad if I was the seller of this property and found out my real estate agent was to lazy to show the property and take additional offers on a less than a day old listing.

I don't feel effort on their part to make a sale for me.
There is too much negativity to dwell on with this real estate! Their goal was simply to make a few thousand dollars off of the sale of our home - next to no representation, no advice, seemingly unknowledgeable on many things and slyly representing their own interests by taking the side of the buyers with critical necessities like needing an extension of a couple of weeks to find a house to move into. All the while they play ignorant and find ways to twist your concerns and find a way to blame us for every concern we had. This is all literally the truth. Our final concern was ignored. The agent refused to listen to our clear explanation of a situation but found a way to make us guilty of being liars! Then the agent went hysterical in the defense of the buyers by making up a scenario that could not possibly happen. All this appeared to be in an effort to avoid doing any work for us. So we are losing about 100 because the buyer used a huge amount of our water when we were between houses and in the process of moving. The agent refused to listen to the.true situation of things. TRY A DIFFERENT REAL ESTAT
