Have worked with Dan on the lawn and snow side and Tony on the tree side for many years. Great service and communication especially when navigating large accounts with many moving parts. I appreciate all you do!
I run a hardscape business and recently needed some support on tree brush removal. I spoke with Justin on the account management side of things and he got the ball rolling with Tony from their tree division. They don't even deserve one star. Young kids working here and I have vehicle damage due to the incompetent staff weed whipping mulch, grass and yes, small rocks on my beautiful car. Rock chip down to the bare metal on the rear passenger door. I called the owner who said he doesn't believe his worker did it and blew me off. Told me it never happened. I am taking them to court. They also decide to start cutting the grass in our townhouse development around 6:45 in the morning. No quiet hours here. Terrible to have your property damaged and to be called a lier. The kid that damaged my car stated other staff has broken car windows with mowers throwing rocks. Totally aloof and no big deal is their mantra. Kris the owner will not accept responsibility for his staffs actions. Horrible, joke of a company.
