Genevieve is amazing and works so hard at all the dreaded insurance stuff!! Thank you Genevieve!! The customer service here is out of bounds! The ladies at the front desk even squeezed me into the schedule when I showed up a day early for my appointment. Thank you ladies! The technicians and doctors are also very knowledgeable and nice. They even let me take the model of my mouth home. Lol

LOVE Minnesota Craniofacial Center. Everyone who works there is so nice and even remembers your name. I have had such a great experience with their doctors and staff. They helped with my TMJ and I saw quick results. Also, love the staff, almost all women and some women of color - great to see!

So far, so good after my first appt. It was really refreshing to have someone take the time to ask me questions about my pain, conduct a full analysis of my condition, and then explain things to me. No one had really done this in the past in their attempts to treat me. Dr. Ledermann was awesome! One comment I have for the team is this. I was instructed to arrive 10 minutes early, which I did. But then I sat waiting for about 15 minutes after my scheduled appt time. Not a huge deal, and I understand the request to arrive early, but sitting in the waiting room for 15 minutes after the appointment is supposed to begin when I was asked to arrive early isn't great.
