I love this gym. Helped me lose weight and get into shape. I definitely recommend it for anyone who is needing a fun way to get fit. Coach Sir is a good teacher. The gym also has a friendly environment to it.

Great coaching, really inclusive -- Coach Fort puts in a lot of effort to make sure even the online classes feel like worthwhile training. I'm the extremely stereotypical fat middle aged guy who picked up boxing for fitness, but Coach keeps up the demanding work, and gives enough feedback to make sure I can continue to improve on my own. It's obvious he cares about all of his athletes and knows how to get them to focus on what will give the biggest benefit. Can't recommend Sir Boxing Club enough, even just for the online stuff.
Family vibe, everyone is friendly and it didn’t take long to figure out the coaches actually care. Coach C and coach Pops try to bring out the best in training and they make it fun for the kids. However it’s up individuals to put in the hard work. Worth every penny and my 12 year old loves the coaches, teammates, and environment. The gym has a hometown feel to it not the big box gym corporate vibe. Would recommend to anyone at any level and any age.
I am still currently going it’s such a great place I love working out here not just because it’s a place to work out but because it’s a community we all look and help out each other
