We have been visiting this area for 29 years and Carino's is our go to place for a consistently mouthwatering experience. The veal is fork tender like no other. I could live on the bread alone. White table cloth experience with casual comfort. Eat quickly or relax and try as many items as you can!

The service is excellent, but the food is just ok for the price they charged. If you want service, this is the place, but if you want decent Italian restaurants, there are other choices.
Our server, Shaggy, was amazing. He caught a mistake with our food before it made it to the table and had it corrected within minutes. He also made us laugh several times with his humor. The atmosphere was nostalgic Italian with servers dressed in black pants and vests. Food was incredible.
We were well greeted upon entering. The staff was very friendly! The complimentary bread and butter were very good. We had cheese tortellini alfredo and lasagna. Having only ever had red-sauce lasagna, I was surprised to see this come out looking like it was covered in nacho cheese. To my surprise, it was actually really good. Our server, Kocho, was awesome. Overall, we had a great experience for our first time here!
Northern Italian restaurant near St Pete Beach. Good food and service. I started with tortellini in brodo, followed by a wonderful Cesar Salad with anchovies. Excellent! For the main course I had Snapper Livornase, which was lightly breaded in a sauce consisting of olives, capers garlic in a light tomato sauce accompanied with a half carafe of montepulciano red wine. Very good for a house wine. Excellent service and I look forward to returning soon!
