After a competitor failed to have the equipment I reserved and paid for I was in a bind to get my project completed. As luck would have it, while I was on the phone with Expert Rentals, the trencher I was looking for was returned to Expert Rentals. Expert Rental had the trencher ready within 15 minutes and we were able to get the job done. Another perk was the Expert Rental prices were better than the competitor. Customer service was awesome.

They we’re amazingly accommodating, their price was fair and when some equipment broke (my fault) they got me running again and didn’t charge me for the extra time I had to use returning and replacing the concrete saw. This was my first time using them - but it won’t be the last!! Neil
