I'm in Helena visiting and to attend my daughter's wedding (I'm walking her down the aisle!), and my second day here I got what I believed was a sinus infection or something along those lines. The check-in process went smooth as glass, the lady on the desk was very cordial and welcoming (after I told her was was in town from St. Louis, MO), and I was fortunate the center was not busy at the time I was seen. The nurse that took me to an exam room was super nice and and didn't let the BP cuff malfunction phase her. After we completed the initial Q&A session she left saying the Dr would be right in....and she came right in. She asked me some additional questions, ordered a COVID19 test and prescribed a medication for me and recommended an additional OTC nasal spray to use in addition to the Rx. This was one of the most pleasant urgent care experiences I've experienced.....and I've been to a number of UC centers in more cities than my hometown. I give this location 2 Thumbs Up!

We can never remember why I went there before but I’ve seen two of the PA’s twice each since moving here in April 2019. Right now, it’s the flu and covid-19 symptoms urgent care clinic and I’m still feeling the immensity of how relaxed everyone was there right on the frontlines. Last week, they were not that busy and had cheery attitudes:)

Every experience I’ve had with the admittance staff for the past 6 months is unhelpful, unprofessional, condescending, and crazy-making. If it was a one-time deal, I’d get it, move on, and not give care or a rating. However, these folks need customer service training, stat! Or they need to find their passion because it is certainly not in providing kind, courteous, or helpful assistance to the public. Your gatekeepers are driving away paying customers.

Everyone is so kind and caring! They really helped me get back to feeling better fast and also gave me some great tips to get me on my way to getting better. I truly appreciate them being there and being open on a holiday with smiles.
