So what I'm guessing that is happening in here is that they have several people doing customer service hence the \good reviews\. The male customer service person that I called was EXTREMELY rude and just hung up on me when I asked if they took burned cars... had me take photos send it for no reason because a quick \sorry we don't accept cars in that condition\ would have sufficed. Do people not have any decency anymore??! This business will suffer if they keep having the same person answer calls. Seriously look at your recent reviews.

Not very happy with this place. We had a water damaged trailer that we wanted to get rid of. Per the instructions from their website, we took photos, sent a photo of our registration for title check, and answered the questions they asked about our trailer. All they kept asking was when they could come get the trailer. When I asked how much we would receive for our trailer, they informed me that they could not pay anything but they would gladly come tow it away. Although I appreciated the offer to tow it away, that is not exactly the way it appeared on their website. They claim to make an offer for our salvage junk. It was very shady as all correspondence was done through text message and getting the name of someone I was dealing with was like pulling teeth. They just kept asking for our address so they could come pick it up. Not the way I do business.
Very very bad customer service. I called and someone picked up and all they said was send me a photo of the car ok bye. And they hang up. I will definitively not do business with them
