Horrible experience and extremely unprofessional. Customer was invoiced 316 by Frontier Communications for damages caused by this company. Multiple attempts to reach owner, Tom Coletta of HitSigns AND PalmPost of Florida lead to a reply of \We do not cover this. Our fellow vendors have the realtor/agent call 811. I apologize our post hole diggers don't have eyes and we do the absolute best.\ In my 16 years and 600 sales as a licensed agent I have never been asked to call 811Dig for the sign company to do their ONLY job of installing a sign post. They have taken no responsibility for their work and the damage they created.

I purchased an expensive boat that had the model name applied in high quality letters towards the aft end of the boat, both port and starboard. The dealer supplied Fl registration numbers and letters that did match the quality of those applied by the mfg. A well known local yacht broker suggested that I contact Hit Signs in St Petersburg based on reviews he had received from his customers. Hit was able to provide matching letters and did a great job applying them. I recommend Hit Signs for any kind of sign work. They are extremely professional.

Took 11 days to get a quote after sending measurements. Sent me a video showing what they've done in the past and it looked nice but when asking about what his quote included he told me those items would be extra. I'm sure they do a good job, but their prices are on the higher side and their customer service and turn around time for getting a quote was too long. They never actually came out to measure the job. They had me send the measurements via email which is strange for a commercial quote.

All I can say is FAST FAST FAST. These guys are the real deal when it comes to quality and print turnaround. I needed a banner printed for a client that was in a serious rush. I submitted the art and within 3 hours they had text me photos of the banner being printed in their facility on this HUGE printer and within 4 hours the banner was ready to pick up. Hire them when you need a banner, or a sign, or anything else that gets printed. They will take care of you :)
