This is by far one of the worst jobs I have ever had. It was my first call center job so of course it took a lot of training but you only had one week in the classroom and one week on floor training the straight to production you go! It was a lot information you had to learn but yet you could take pen or paper out on the floor to use for backup on top of that I saw a lot of people not dressed professionally but you tell other what to wear then they didn’t want to make any health recommendations for I had to see my doctor of course to get a letter done unprofessional unorganized I felt like they should’ve trained us a little longer not everybody is computer literate then you have only one screen to work with! That side really can use much older people that is well experience and trained professionally that could teach everyone the same so everybody can be on the same page!
