I went to another nail shop that destroyed my nails. I came here, the older lady took her time and gave me a whole new look on my nails. The nail shop was clean, face mask and washing your hands upon arrival are required. Thanks once again!

I requested to have my nails polished with gel polish; no manicure. The woman who painted my nails seemed to be in a bad or indifferent mood. She rushed through painting my nails. The effort is a 2/10 and quality is the same, 2/10. It’s day four and my gel polish is already peeling because the polish is so thin. She was just very unpleasant and let’s not forget, she charged me 25 and I still tipped her 2. No, it’s not much but it wasn’t worth the 11th dollar so I felt I was being generous.

Had a pedi and 30 min reflexology today! A young man named Dee did the services! I will tell you he was the nicest and politest young man ever! He gave the best pedicure and reflexology service I have ever had, the attention to detail was second to none from step one to the end! My French is perfect my feet don’t have a cuticle out of place and they are smooth! Very IMPRESSED by this young man! He did say he worked part time some nights and weekends! I would suggest to scoop him up because that young man was the BEST! I will be back to have him do it again! Keep up the good work Dee!

Problem 1: I asked my nail tech for a specific design (TWICE) with a picture prior to even starting the manicure (pointer and thumb dif color than pinky, ring, and middle, and 2 stars on 2 fingers). She told me that she had to check with the owner in regard to the star design. She then proceeds to paint my entire hand one color and when she begins painting my other hand, I say, "Ok, so you can't do the design then, right?" as she had already started a regular one-color mani. She says she has to ask the owner. Moral of story, she never asked the owner and I received a one-color mani. I would have rather her asked the owner when I asked about the design the first time, been told no, and gone elsewhere to get my desired nail design rather than be ignored and having to pay for what I did not want. Problem 2: I have gel nail polish cured onto my skin up to my knuckles on half of my fingers. The nail tech attempted to remove it once the manicure was over, and then gave up. Problem 3: Every since tool in the nail salon was being soaked in a DILUTED sanitation solution. In the midst of a global PANDEMIC, I would have hoped that they were taking all safety/sanitation precautions in light of these events. All tools used by my nail tech (file and buffer) were incredibly dull. Problem 4: My nail tech was pinching my fingers and nails with her own nails in order to get a "better grip" on my nails. Incredibly uncomfortable. I hope no one else receives service and/or treatment like I did. I will never be returning to this location. All of my problems listed above could have been avoidable.

This is a great fixing shop! I've had my nails done at other places and they have fixed for free! Just leave a tip.

I didnt want one of the nail techs to use the drill when taking off gel nail polish bc I want to protect my natural nail. He spoke in another language to a manager right afterwards. When she came to remove the nail polish I had to ask her twice to not use the drill. She finally used a nail file and the polish came off just fine. When paying for the service she took my money turned around and walked away. No have a nice day or thank you. So glad I didnt leave a tip and I wont be going back. When it comes to any body part the servicer should consider your request and not get an attitude bc you have a particular request. I prefer an American to do my nails bc I always have a negative experience with asians.
