The helicopter dinner charter is absolutely one of the best experiences my partner and I have ever had. Steve made it so special and was very responsive and was willing to go out of his way to make it a night to remember. I popped the question and it couldn't have gone better. Eric, our pilot, was also really great and friendly. He showed us awesome parts of the city and very helpful. This team is amazing, I highly recommend. Thank you all so much !

I got engaged yesterday and we planned on going on a helicopter tour to celebrate. We called yesterday to try and book a helicopter tour at the St. Pete location. The guy on the phone told us that they were done for the day but that they open at 11am the next day (today). We asked him if we needed to make a reservation and he said no, we can just walk in at 11am and we will be okay. That worked for us because this was our last morning in St. Pete and check out of our hotel was at 11am. We checked out early to make it there whenever they opened. We drove all the way to the location and called about 10 minutes before they opened just to make sure we were good to go and a different guy told us that they were booked up until 1pm and we should’ve made a reservation. We asked why the previous person on the phone would tell us false information and no one seemed to know. We couldn’t stay in town for a later time so everything was ruined. I would recommend using a different company because this one is highly unprofessional and will waste your time. Thank you Tampa Bay aviation for wasting my time, ruining my post-engagement celebration, and posing me off.
