I usually don’t write reviews, but I need to share the exceptional care my son received at KidMed and show my gratitude to the staff there. After being misdiagnosed at a children’s hospital earlier in the morning, my son took a turn for the worst and we ended up at kidmed through a google search. Our wait time to be seen was basically zero which was awesome to begin with. Dr. Mark and our nurse Katie were attentive and thorough and went beyond their call to ensure my son was cared for properly! Katie was so kind and personable and helped ease any anxieties I had. Dr. Mark was professional, educated and answered every question I had. He even called the next day to check to make sure my son was feeling better and was “out of the woods.” I wish we lived in the area, I would trust Dr. Mark and his staff in the future. 10/10 for this practice!!

Best doctor we’ve seen. We live out of town and stopped in to get our 8 month old son a breathing treatment. Doctors, nurses and support staff were all excellent and very baby friendly.

My only complaint I would say is Dr. Jackson-Owens' mannerisms. She talks to you as if you're ignorant of what's going on. Even though I didn't come in with my scrubs or flashing my badge, I would like to inform her please work on her mannerisms. When I heard a knock on the door I hurry up and got off the phone to respect the visit, didn't even get a chance to pull my mask up before she asked me to pull up my mask. But all is could do is smile. I have my degree in the medical field as well. Then when I tell her I'm in medical as well and who I worked for the tone changed so quick. I respect everyone and their way of life. You never know who you're speaking with. After the visit I got offered free sample medication and she gave my son a gift. But it felt like a woah I'm sorry moment coming from her. But everything else was nice and neat. The other staff members were nice. This is not to bash Dr. Jackson-Owens' but just a little reminder never judge someone from the outside.
