I hurt my back a few months ago around Thanksgiving and I was afraid to go to a chiropractor because I thought that it would hurt and I got a referral to go to Dr. stakes and I’m so glad I did. The office is very low-key and not stressful at all and they make it very pleasant when you go in . Dr. stakes is a very kind and compassionate man . The adjustments are painless and a big relief from the pain. He also has a type of pemf machine that really brings down inflammation on swollen areas. His office assistant V is kind and remembers your painful areas and many other details of previous visits. She also gives good advice on supplements and exercises. I look forward to my visits each time as I know it is helping me heal naturally. It does take time to heal but the visits are helping me heal without all the pain. I highly recommend this place.

I first started with Doc 31 years ago, after getting rear-ended and then pushed into the car in front of me. Boy, did I ever hurt! But it wàs my girls that I watched Doc work on to see if he was any good. And yes! He is that good l Doc uses kinesiology to know exactly where to put the activator to manipulate your bone. This is a softer, gentler touch than the hand manipulation. Then there's Vi, the Chiropractor Assistant. She has been with Doc for over 20 years. Kelly is the newest member of the team, but works for you just as much as Vi.

Dr Stakes is an Activator Chiropractor . This type is definitely safer and I'll argue better than traditional chiropractic care. He uses the fun gadgets that deceivingly seem like they are not doing anything when in fact, they are magically making you better! He also has his assistants Janet and Vi that are there to fix you up on the roller or the electrical zappers, or to assist with therapeutic exercises. Dr Stakes is caring and jolly and will leave you smiling and in better shape than when you arrived.

Dr. Stakes is without a doubt the BEST chiropractor around! I've had back and neck problems all my life and his adjustments have made my spine finally straighten out. Working with the atlas has been critical, but he's just as skilled at working with the lower back and hip alignments. An extra plus is that Dr. Stakes has a great sense of humor and is fun to work with. His staff are all friendly and it never ceases to amaze me how on time they always are! You're in good hands with Dr. Stakes!!
