Delicious food. It's just not open because of the pandemic. Safety measures could be maintained like other restaurants that are open.

Best place in Stamford to hangout in patio the best thing I like about this reastaurant is patio and hookha
Quiet, quaint little place, but the food is amazing. Try their Goan Fish Curry, you will not regret it. There’s also a bar there and they sell a pretty decent selection of wine on the side there. So you could eat up and but a wine to go. Or buy a bottle for the table (10 charge to do that, but when wine is 5-15 a bottle, well worth it!). Everything I’ve eaten there is delish and the staff is very friendly
The food here is super delicious and fresh. I loved everything I ate from the chicken tikka massala and chicken Manchurian. Also their garlic naans are amazing. I loved everyone who attended me and my bf also got a free honey ball dessert that was yummy. I will definitely be coming back here again. If you want delicious Indian food this is the spot for it.
We like the food at Tawa. We used to go to Tangra Biryani (TB) across the street from Tawa particularly for their curry goat. Once TB closed (which we didn't know why at the time), we began to check out Tawa and fell in love with the place. Come to find out month later that TB and Tawa had merged businesses, so now our favorites were all in one place. We haven't been disappointed with the food nor the staff whom with open arms always greet us with warm welcomes and conversation. We enjoy our time everytime we eat here. Our favorites and what we pretty much stick to: 1. Curry goat 2. Saag Paneer 3. Chicken Tikka (which is like a grilled chicken with no sauce) 4. Chiken Tikka Masala sauce (we usually just put sauce in a bowl minus the chicken that's in it and dip, dip, dip away!) 5. Tandoori chicken 6. Biryani rice
Our go to spot. The food is always on time, hot, and delicious.
