Steve Rivera at Kim's Piano is the best. He is 100% trustworthy and amazing to work with. He followed up from the time I purchased the 100-year old vintage piano, to refurbishments, which took over a year to complete, for the piano to be factory condition, crating, shipping overseas, delivery to my home and follow-up to see how the piano is playing now that it's here at long last! And it plays beautifully! He has been an absolute pleasure to work with being dependable, good-natured, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend reaching out to Steve if you are in the market for a piano and completely confident that he will deliver the same high level of service.

Super nice. Knowledgeable and professional. I did NOT even buy a piano from them. I wanted to just shop for Baby Grands and ask questions and Mr. Kim answered each one, no pressure from him to purchase.
