This place rocks! Where else can you pull up and be greeted by a gorgeous orange Iguana?!! He was so nice and friendly too, just basking in the sunlight! This store is the best reptile store hands down. I love how they specifically cater to reptiles, and the employees actually know what they’re talking about. And the prices put the two major chains to shame! I’m talking .05 per cricket vs .17!! This is my new go to store for Missie’s food and other reptile needs.
Reptile Island is the best!! The staff is super knowledgeable and very friendly and their prices are great! I’m a first time snake owner who acquired a snake and tank set up, but Reptile Island helped me get an appropriate sized cage and all the bulbs and everything I needed.
Reptile Island is NOT allowing \in-store shopping\. Waited 30 min in line for FEEDERS ONLY. There is no sign stating that it was for feeder purchases only. I know covid has changed a lot of things, but ALERT your customers on your policy with a simple sign on the door. I waited in line long enough to have seen the sign, read it, then not waste more time if I wasn't planning on getting feeders.
This place is awesome. They have almost everything for reptiles... Was there for live rats which they have... customer service is great them guy waited for us since they were about to close... I will definitely recommend this place if you looking for a reptile as a pet, foods, tanks, and so many more things give them a call for questions
