I went in to print some documents. The gentleman behind the print station was Shane. He was busy problem solving a situation he had before I walked in. He was kind enough to help me while he working on the other situation as well. I had a hiccup with my self printing. Shane was able to help again. Great customer service. Thanks, Shane.

Alan and his manager (I forgot her name) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me buy 2 new chairs today. Alan explained the benefits of the protection plan they offered and it was an easy choice to get that. Mrs. Manager even helped me all the way out to my car to load up my bulky purchase. The only bad experience was the white kid lookin like Walmart MGK working the register behind me wearing a blue line mask operating slower than a tenured DMV employee while the rest of his team rushed around him to help not only me, but the other customers in the store. Fire that guy & get 2 more Alans.
