They need to communicate better with customers and use words and lingo not familiar to only Staples employees. I was directed to a station after wanting just wanting ONE SIMPLE COPY. I couldncy get it to print. So I stood up and tried to wave someone down for help but everyone was busy talking to other employees, Including the assistant manager. They also took a while to tend to me so time was still running and i was being charged by the minute. I ended up paying almost 5 for one copy vs. 13. All, the assistant, Rodney had to say was, next time do it "this way" and "it was a miscommunication." Yet i still paid for that " miscommunication. I'm Never returning. Better off going to Kinkos where everyone is helpful and knowledgeable.
