I ordered off of Grubhub for this place. They were open later than most places which is nice. I was able to order a bacon and ricotta pizza on their option of \Double dough\ (we love bread) and an order of wings. They called me to make sure/confirm with the specifications (red sauce or no red sauce) which is always a . PIZZA WAS AWESOME! & WINGS WERE AWESOME..... nothing to complain about seriously. I put 4 stars cos there's always room for improvement somewhere Thank you Star Pizza Family

I've ordered from this place through DoorDash several times and was very pleased with the product and the price so I decided to order directly from the restaurant tonight. Such a mistake... first, the girl who took my order repeated my entire credit card number out loud. I asked her to be in a private place because the person that I hear placing an order behind her can easily steal my number. She was sweet and expressed understanding with my concerns. An hour later my pizza arrived burnt /well overcooked. We were starving by then so we ate a few slices and I called to request a small credit on my next order and they refused. Apparently their policy is to replace the pizza that night, not give a future credit. I guess I was supposed to wait another hour for a nonburnt pizza. Maybe their policy should be to deliver nonburnt pizza in the first place. Sure fire way to lose what would've been a longterm customer.

On Monday I ordered delivery the gentleman who delivered in his jeep was most definitely intoxicated. I could smell the alcohol through his mask. Where is the sauce on the pizza ? Why did my soup taste like Campbell's from the can? I know someone who worked there seem pics of what littel material they use for grinders. Most despicable. Had the other driver think her name was semma worst customer service ever.
