state police tried to spy on me without my knowledge and ended up getting into a fatal accident because they had no idea what they were doing. They never contacted me after I gave a statement and spied on me afterwards and made my life worse. Fend for yourselfs. Maryland State Police is a joke.

The State Police in the Hagerstown area are very nice, respectful, and helpful! They are a great team of Troopers! I pray for them due to the ridiculous criminals out in the world wanting to kill officers. Police are AWESOME!

With a Hagarstown crime rate higher than 93% of other Maryland cities why do State police lurk around the pilot truckstop writing seat belt violation tickets? It would be nice to know that the state police would get out of their vehicle and encourage the truckers as they go down the highway and build a rapport with the drivers.
