I needed to replace a programmable chip car key. Not only was it almost 100 less than the dealer but Mike went above and beyond to offer me exceptional service. He was able to get the key next day for me and did a home service call to program it since I was having problems with the alternator and the car starting up. I recommend Bobs for both the quality of service and customer care!

There are no words for this place. There is nothing that can take the place of an Amazing \Mom & Pop\ who specialize in something & no matter what on earth you ask for... 99.9999% of the time they not only help you but blow you're expectations out of the water. Believe me, I'm into real estate management & I also deal with restoring vehicles as a hobby. There isn't a lock cylinder or anything I have ever brought them that they could fix or help me with. While they may not be the most inexpensive place on earth, they are in an insanely convenient location on a main Boulevard & I'm certain the rent & overhead has to be astronomical. The expertise of what they do however is worth the price. If you don't believe me, go waste 4 hours trying to get a single answer about anything at home depot. When you're done ripping your hair out there come here (you should just save yourself the aggravation & come here first, trust me) So... I gotta give 5 stars for knowledge & expertise in the business they truly know so well.

Great staff and they will work with you. Had a guy named Mike help me out with my Nissan Altima key programming. While other shops wanted to take my money he was very reasonable. I’ll only go to these guys and would highly recommend it to anyone looking a shop that will treat you right! Thanks again Mike! Excellent customer service!
