I went to Island Mazda looking to lease a new car for my father and let me tell you, first class treatment all the way through. He had the car ready waiting for us to test drive as soon as we stepped onto the lot, something you don't see at most car dealerships. His tentativeness to details and easing our worries sealed the deal. He was open, honest & thorough. The staff was warm, inviting and patient as they showed us every function of the car before we drove off the lot! Having leased many cars before, you expect to be there for hours, but with Yuri, it was the quickest transaction we've ever experienced! We had such a smooth process, we then went back a week later and leased the CX-9 for my mother! I cannot express enough how simple and amazing our whole experience was with Yuri at Island Madza!
