This is way overdue. Tommy and Angella are incredible people. We had a horrible experience with our previous property managers for an airbnb property my brother and I own, so we reached out to Tommy, and honestly the last 7 months have been a breeze. They go out of their way to deliver the best experience for our guests, AND they treat us like partners in this whole process. We had one part of the property be affected by the recent winter storm -- the water heater broke and damaged a lot of the space. Tommy is working with us to get this fixed, which goes well beyond the agreement and his responsibilities. Amazing, down to earth people that I couldn't recommend enough. And what's great is that they've been doing this for 20 years, are true Austinites, and really know the city. Trust me and use Stay Local to manage any properties you're looking to short-term rent, you won't regret it!
