Very unimpressed with the customer service. They listed a 2020 GT500 on Autotrader and failed to list the dealer market premium of 5K OVER sticker price. I interacted with the chat feature on Autotrader.com to inquire about the vehicle and never heard back from them. I called the dealership a few days later and was then told about the market premium. I asked why they didn't put that on the listing in Autotrader and the sales manager told the sales person that they don't control the information that gets put on to Autotrader regarding their listings. When I asked to speak with the sales manager, he would not take the call to discuss the matter. A complete waste of my time and unprofessional way to do business in today's online world.
The very BEST, we are so appreciative of the people in the service dept and tire department. One phone call and they had what we needed and said if we could be there by 4:15 they would take care of us. We made it there at 4:09 and 30 minutes later we were ready to go. Thank you, thank you, thank you
