This organization is the single most unorganized group of individuals I have ever encountered. Rebecca M. that works at the front window is the only person in the whole place that deserves to be paid. Shes the only one that has ever been able to help or fix anything when something has been messed up on my fathers veterans paperwork. The rest of the DFACS people should be replaced.

The staff here are some of the most helpful anywhere! They are willing to help you through the maze of governmental hulu hoops. It does take a while sometimes but they do give each person the individual attention they need when your time is called. The waiting room is very sterile and just basic. Don't expect any extra frills, it is a government office!
