I had to have a follow-up mammogram/ultrasound and went to this location because the closer location would be 2 weeks. I faxed my script to RIA and the script I received from my doctor was not correct. I tried to get my doctor's office (front desk) to correct it but they wouldn't. The young lady at RIA even called and my dr office still would not change it. The young lady (Lissette) told me to just come in don't worry about it. It was already stressful having a call back! Lissette called me back later that day to tell me that she called my doctor's office back and spoke to my doctor to get the correct script. So grateful for her!!! To me, that was above and beyond. I do like this location and the staff is always nice and professional. God bless and thanks for being a blessing!

Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) was bought by the larger company, Fairfax Radiology Centers, and now they are terrible. There is quite a difference in the quality of care. Such a let down.

My 19 month old son had an ultra sound done and was fussy. The staff was very helpful and understanding of the situation. Defiantly recommend visiting this location. The front desk was also very friendly and professional.

Awful to schedule appointments I called and to avoid hold time I asked to be called back and no call back, did the online request, no call back. Finally had to sit on hold for awhile to get an appointment. Working in a Dr. offfice trying to help patient’s schedule stat appointments forget it. To note the problem with scheduling stats was before the issues with covid. Do not believe reviews on the web page they review them and only post the 5 stars. Once insurance changes next year I will go elsewhere.
