My second purchase from Ferrari of Washington . I also have cars serviced there. They do an excellent job of keeping customers informed and there’s no BS or excuses. There is no exotic snootiness , but they also realize they are selling at a price point in which customers have high expectations, which in my case they have continually met. I have worked primarily with Franklyn Freeman, who I recommend highly.

I purchased my first new Ferrari from Ferrari of Washington last year & it just arrived. Carlo was amazing during the entire process. He originally met me on a weekend and provided a test drive in a Portofino. As expected, never any pressure, just walked me through the process and then spent a lot of time with me helping me order & customize everything to my exact spec. The car i got is FABULOUS and I simply love it! Great Team at Ferrari of Washington and I am so glad i chose to purchase for them as opposed to a larger dealer in another State in which i have a home. They really took care of me and I am confidant they will for many years to come! Thank you Carlo.

I was recently referred to Ferrari Washington by my local Ferrari dealer when they didn't have what I was looking for in their inventory. I was somewhat hesitant as I prefer to purchase my cars locally as should any issues arise, they are much easier to deal with when the dealer is a short distance away, but my dealer spoke well of Ferrari Washington. I was referred specifically to Carlo Sandrin and I must say that Carlo made the whole process transparent and pleasant. With a few texts, emails and phone calls, we came to an agreement and I made the trip to Sterling, VA. On arrival, all the paperwork was prepared and waiting and my new car was prepped and ready to go. All in all, in about 30 minutes my trade was evaluated, the papers signed, and I was on my way back home. Remarkably easy and efficient - quite unlike our Washington politicians! The only negative was the DC-area traffic. Many thanks to Carlo and the staff at Ferrari Washington for the excellent service - 5 stars!

Spoke about buying a pre-owner car with Casey on the phone and got a follow up email. Replied to the email with a reasonable offer for their car. No reply. Followed up with another email. No reply. Called and left a message to see if Casey is getting my emails. No reply. Would love to rate them positively but not replying to interested customers is a turn off.
