Service team is wonderful. I was hit by some major work on a used car and they explained the issues and helped develop a priority list so I get it all fixed as my budget allowed. Justin Hudson specifically helped make sure I got my fixed quickly and kept me informed. They worked around my schedule and were always fast on any work that was needed no matter the size.

MINI of Sterling provided me with the best level of attention, service, and inventory within the DC Metro area. This is my first MINI but my fifth car purchase and I had a great experience working directly with Mr. Abraham Evans and on a rainy evening, Mr. Theo Patterson. The dealership is meticulous, both MINI Motoring Advisors are top notch and know their product inside out. There was no pressure, easy to communicate with email, and Mr. Evans was patient and supportive of my thinking process while I considered various MINIs from Countryman to hardtops, new and used. After a few months of ownership, I still can't believe how awesome the MINI Cooper is: a true perfect mix of German engineering with UK heritage! Even though I started off interested in the Countryman, I truly am so happy in the Hardtop S.
