Wonderful Caregivers for our two Kitties while we're on vacation! Love the photos of our kitties having fun that the crew sends us while we are away! The only reason I give a four star instead of five star review is because the cameras in the open play area could be set up better so that more of the area can be seen. Other than that, perfect!
My family moved overseas in summer 2020. Unfortunately, due to several problems arising from the pandemic our dog, Chewie, was not able to travel with us. What was supposed to be a 30-45 day stay with Olde Towne in Sterling became a 6 month stay. While this was an incredibly stressful situation for the human family, Chewie did not feel that stress. We got updates, communication and just excellent care. He was happy and healthy when we finally got him. Tierney, Allie, Kady, Colleen and everyone else at Olde Towne took care of Chewie as if he was their own and my family cannot recommend them enough!
My puppy loves it! She has gone both to day care and stayed over for a few days. The staff is super friendly and caring.
Very friendly and helpful pet care establishment. We were visiting from out of town and needed a place for our two dogs to exercise. They quickly evaluated our dogs to see if they were a good fit for their other clients and allowed them to stay for the first day free! They have webcams for viewing your pets throughout the day and the facilities are clean and roomy. Highly recommended!
