My first time moving out and feeling free; gotta say, its nice. My apartment was fixed up before I got there. I got new carpeting, cabinets, counter tops...the works---way to impress! The only reason i didn't leave a 5 star is because the parking is atrocious. I dont know who designed the layout, but oh well, it is what it is. I knew it would be like that, so it's on me too. The office people are awesome and knowledgeable. Alejandra (Ali) Rios is like an agent, always there to answer questions and fix confusion---thanks for being awesome and patient. She also let me know when there was an open parking spot which was a life saver. Overall, I'd recommend this complex to anyone; and the staff will be there to guide you through everything. Thanks for a fun new experience.

“This community is great. The staff is very helpful. Including maintenance. The property manager and her team does a great job including the residents for events. For Halloween they had pizza, drinks, and trick or treat bags for the kids. It was such a nice gesture. If you’re looking for your next home, I recommend Potomac garden.”
I am stunned with how friendly and welcoming this community is at this place. The girl at the front desk is really nice and took her time with my family and I. The people here are very informative and helpful. I definitely recommend them to anybody that is looking for a home.
This community is great. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family. The leasing consultant was very professional and friendly. I didn’t meet the property manager, but I’ve heard great things about her! I also love how it’s a pet friendly community.
Affordable and good location. Relatively quiet neighborhood, staff has been awesome. Lived there for 3years, and I am going to lease again
