Mike has been great to work with! We have had a unit and 2 outside parking spaces for over 3 years. The rates are competitive, easy access, clean and secure. Mike worked with us when had to change to a different size unit two different times. He gave us units nearby making the transfer of our belongings easier. He called us when spot opened up so we could put our trailers near each other. He also called me one evening when he saw our lock was not secured. Highly recommend Stevens Creek Storage.

Very impressive customer service and at a great price. Mike the owner, took the time to come to the storage unit and help load up a washer and dryer for my wife,while I was at a work function out of state. That type of service is rare these days and he gave us a refund for days we didnt use that we paid for. Class act
