The flight instruction provided by Chesapeake Sport Pilot is superior! The flight instructors are all very professional and their primary focus is safety. The available aircraft are meticulously maintained and have the most up-to-date avionics. I have flown with them for 5 years and achieved my Sport Pilot certificate 3 years ago. Many more incredible flights to come!
Flew in to w29 on a Sunday and as a newer pilot did not listen to the complete AWOS where the parking was NOT PERMITTED on the right side of runway 29. Rookie mistake. However the owner of this school was nice enough to drive not only me to my airplane by my girlfriend and I to Hemingway's restaurant. I got into flying for the people and the community. This proves why pilots are the best people in the world. Thank you!!
I have flown with Chesapeake Sport Pilot for ten years. The training and service by CSP has been superb. Helen Woods and her instructors provide excellent instruction in a fleet of safe, well maintained aircraft which are suitable for pilot training from Sport Pilot to whatever level you may want. Perhaps the most important thing about CSP is the positive and fun attitude of the folks. Helen and the instructors are there because they enjoy instruction and flying, and are not trying to add hours to a logbook. If you want to fly at any age from teen to \senior\, you really should stop by Chesapeake Sport Pilot and fulfill your dream.
Too long on the ground? Rusty pilot itching to go aloft? I heartily recommend Chesapeake Sport Pilot. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. Access to the right plane is easy and convenient. I returned to the air after a long hiatus thanks to the folks at CSP, Bay Bridge Airport .
