Went to Steve's years ago. My son had an electric scooter that needed a rear tire tube. Quoted me 75 to change the 3 tube. So I did it myself in under 1 hour. With no experience. Friggin ripoff. They have very poor attitude toward customer care. Nasty people. Avoid at all costs.

I called on the phone explaining my issue with my part for my snow blower before I came to the shop because on the phone the guy said that he had to see the part & he also had the parts in stock. When I show up to the shop I see the signs that are saying no entrance due to Covid all transactions over the phone which I clearly did before I arrived at the shop. Therefore, when I arrive they are rude and acting as if they never spoke to me on top of everything they tell me their closed at 4pm when they clearly close at 5pm. Then they told me I need to get off the private property if not they were going to call the police because I was supposedly trespassing. Rude experience. Do not recommend whatsoever. I went hoping to have my issue resolved but instead just got my time wasted.

Steve's has done quality work and taken the time to follow up to make sure things are going well. I will be certain to use them again and would highly recommend to anyone.
I do not recommend unless you are completely out of other options. Bottom line, this business completely fails in terms of both competency and conduct. Lack of competency - I have taken my son's electric dirt bike here twice, and each time I was overcharged and provided with substandard workmanship. Specifically, one such experience required a rear wheel replacement. I was charged 140 and was provided a used wheel with a bald tire. (This part costs 80 new.) Am absolutely fine with paying a premium for labor, but the bike was returned with major rear wheel braking issues. This is just one example of this shop not getting the job done while charging a premium price. Poor conduct - The employees are simply unprofessional. One of my repairs took over a month and I was told repeatedly that it was due to part delay. Upon request that I pick the bike up immediately they someone devised a miracle plan to fix the bike. Moreover, I was lied to repeatedly over the phone that the shop was closed when I was standing out front and they were clearly servicing other customers.
