The staff at Mt. Auburn were great. They helped me quickly make arrangements with minimal pressure. They were understanding and even took me out during a snowstorm to look at locations in the cemetery. I recommend trying them out and seeing for yourself.

Excellent service. Staff was very caring, sympathetic, respectful and professional. Funeral Director Jeanette went out of her way to help and accommodate our requests within her power. Jeanette responded to emails even during late hours and was very patient with all my questions. She helped making this difficult time less confusing.
My family has used their services twice very helpful! Carmen was a jem answered all questions and really was available to assist.I wanna say definitely entire staff as well help out with questions and ideas I would give more stars if I could.
