Rented a skid steer for a week, no issues with equipment. It snowed hard the day before it was due and it took us a few hours to get up on the property and get it loaded due to the mud. I understand we were a little late but given the conditions I would have hoped for some understanding. Scott charged us an additional 215 and displayed an intense lack of customer service. Scott went as far as to imply that he knew who my boss was as a threat of some kind.
