I spoke to a Mrs. Turner on the 15th of December. This encounter with her was very unprofessional. While speaking with her she automatically accused me of a review I did not do nor did she take the opportunity to find out who I was before the accusations started. Mind you I never spoke with Mrs. Turner or any other staff member of this establishment prior to this day. This service is there to assist people with safety not being rude and unjust. With this being said my daughter has lost out on money and a the opportunity of taking this class even after calling and explaining what happened and why she needed to reschedule her class. To added insult to injury my daughter called back on the 17th asking to speak to a supervisor and Mrs. Turner only was willing to give an email address with no name of authority. The only question I have is if my daughter had Covid is this also a good reason not to at least reschedule or refund her money? But to break down on the side of the road apparently isn't a good enough reason either.

This place is robbery, I only could pay and register online and that's 95 that's not refunded or transferable when I only had one date to choose from and than when I go back on there website it end up having dates for the week days. The staff lied and said they're only open saturdays than I find out because of the pandemic they only have class when 10 people register
